Suggest an app for the directory, report a link that's stopped working, or tell us something here is wrong. There's no ticketing system and no chatbot just an email address, and a reply from whoever picks it up.
Pick the closest one and the subject line is filled in for you. Including the details listed usually turns a week of back-and-forth into a single reply.
We add apps by suggestion. Every one is checked against the six listing rules before it goes in, and we'll tell you either way.
Apps get pulled, listings move, and catalogues change. If something here is out of date or simply wrong, this is the most useful email you can send us.
If your app is listed and something is described wrongly, tell us and we'll correct it. If you'd rather not be listed at all, say so and we'll remove it no argument.
Press questions, a partnership idea, a correction to one of the guides, or something that doesn't fit a box. Same address, plain subject line.
Worth saying clearly, because it's most of what lands in the inbox.
We don't run any of the apps we list, which means we have no access to your account with them and no way to act on your behalf. For these, you need that app's own support, reachable from its App Store or Google Play listing:
If you're not sure which app you're dealing with, email us anyway and we'll point you at the right support page. That part we can do.
No promises we can't keep, so here is the honest version.
It's a small operation, not a support desk. Most emails get a reply inside a few days; a busy week can stretch that.
Every enquiry goes to the same place. There's no separate press line or priority queue to be routed into.
Your address is used to answer you and nothing else. No list, no newsletter, no passing it on.
Three questions that come up constantly already have a page. Quicker than waiting for a reply.
The how-to guide covers setup, every gesture, and the eight things people look up most.
Open the how-to → "Why can't I find the series my friend is watching?"Almost always regional licensing. The limitations page explains why, and what your options are.
See limitations → "How do you make money, and is this paid placement?"It isn't. The legal and ethics page sets out the funding, the listing rules, and the disclosure.
